At D Chocoholix, all products are freshly prepared and often customized. Therefore, cancellations are subject to the following terms.

⏳ Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
• After this window, orders are considered confirmed and processed

💰 Refund on Cancellation

• If cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be initiated
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

❌ Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellation is not allowed for:

• Same-day delivery orders
• Customized or personalized hampers
• Orders already processed or dispatched
• Festival or bulk orders

⚠️ Important Notes

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method only
