We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
However, we will consider replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged, melted, or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Order is incomplete (missing items)
📸 Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To process any claim, customers must:
- Share an unboxing video (from start to end)
- Provide clear images of the product
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
❗ Without proper proof, the request will not be accepted.
💸 Refund / Replacement
If your request is approved:
- You may receive a replacement product OR
- A refund to your original payment method
⏳ Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
